Satelight was commissioned to design and develop extra large Siam pendants for both the Rylands of Kew and Hawthorn retirement villages. These massive light fixtures are 2 metres in diameter and created a strong presence in the main meeting area. While during the day the lounge was washed with natural light, during the evening the space took on a total different ambience. With the main source of light provided by the pendant lights and complimented by the soft illumination from the wall lights.
