When specifying your products, what is the process?

To view product options, such as sizes and colours/finishes, please click on the 'Product Specification Sheet' button located on every product page. The Luminaire Schedule Template in Excel format can also be downloaded to assist you in adding the product into your schedule.

For projects, we recommend that quotes are generated.  This will assist with the tendering process and confirmation of customised product specifications.

Where do I send quote requests to?

If you have any schedules, drawings or architect/designer details, please include them. The more information, the better.

What are your payment terms?

For all lights which require manufacturing, we require a 50% deposit prior to starting production. The remaining balance is required before despatch. Payment needs to be settled in full prior to despatch of goods. Full payment is required for all off-the-shelf style products at the start of the project.  For more information, please see our Terms of Trade.

Who can register for a Trade Login?

Trade Login registration is for professional architects, interior designers and lighting consultants who specify lighting on behalf of their clients.

Registered trade login holders will be able to view and purchase products at listed trade prices. Please note we do not offer trade accounts. Standard payment terms are required.

 What are your product lead times?

We have a variety of different lighting ranges which require varied lead times. Some lights can be despatched within one week, others have production lead times of approximately 4-6 weeks, and if additional light fittings require to be freighted in from overseas, the wait can be around 12 weeks.
